The Apple II+ was the first upgraded version of the 1977 Apple II, and was released in 1979. As such it is one of the oldest machines in the museum's collection. This is the European model, the "EuroPlus". Functionally it has some of the improvements found on the later IIe model, but a particularly 1970s feature that it retains is a lack of lowercase characters. This machine has several period upgrades including a fan, a volume control, and a 16k memory card. |
